I am lost for words, I was extremely sceptical when I bought this especially since it was international. Upon opening my first package the battery was completely dead and unable to charge. I contacted customer support and they were extremely helpful with a fast response time. They sent me a new one and it works perfectly fine and they are super high quality. If you ever hesitate on buying this I can confidently tell you these guys are passionate about their work and I would 100% recommend this to anyone. The 2oz bottle was way smaller than i anticipated which is great I will probably get the 3oz soon. Thank you so much Hot Heat Kit for this unreal product! Cheers

This device is very user friendly when setting the temperature, when we needed additional assistance on the device we reached out to the email for customer support and they were very helpful. It keeps hot! and it works! Got in here 2 days!
